New to Medicare this summer – 2024
Began my research six month ago as I trust no one. I was a RE Broker most of my adult life, Sales ! One becomes pretty good at judging people.
I love YouTube. I watched all the videos that came up in my stream on the subject and took notes, had my short list to call. I called one whom looked sincere out of Florida.… read more I was directed to sales agents whom could barely speak English. I could just tell in two minutes this was a mill and couldn’t care less about Fiduciary. I could also tell the agent was maybe her second day in sales. Awful experience.
Second call, same thing. Left a message. Will call you back within 24 hours. Lol, ok.
Immediately after my second call, I called Tabitha. Thank you Jesus. She immediately answered the phone and I remained a bit stunned at that. Having been in sales, that’s what you’ve got to do. Had call number 2 picked up, they may have gotten my business.
I really feel guided in this as not only is my impression of Tabitha extremely organized, but she’s solid, to the point, and extremely professional. She didn’t try to sell me a Medigap plan that would net Her more money. I told her point blank, I’ve narrowed it down to two plans and two companies. She’s solid! I’m never going anywhere else.
I can’t tell you how refreshing it is to deal with someone as straight up as I always was in business. So many people and I speak from past experience, … So many people are short sighted and self serving. They don’t think of the long game. Tabithas’, smart! I’m not going anywhere else.
Tabitha knows her stuff, no nonsense and I do know she’s conscientious, I can tell. No nonsense, Professional ! Gave me every sense that I’m in excellent hands. I do know if I ever need help that she will pick up the phone, she will be there, and not within 24 hours. Seriously? Who does that.
I couldn’t be happier it worked out this way. I had considered just going directly to the Insurance Companies as dealing with Agents is so unsavory. Not with this gal. She’s an advocate.
I couldn’t be happier, relieved! with my decision. Sign me up. 15 minutes, done.
Thank you Tabitha, and Thank you YouTube, as I would have never found you.
PS. The Agent helping me prior to Medicare, uh. I spoke to him two years ago and all he was concerned about was getting my Medicare business in the future. When I brought it up in January, Signing up for Medicare, he said, oh, Plan G that’s what you need. No, it’s definitely Not what I need. It’s better for you, … He couldn’t care less what I needed.
Anyway,
It can be a minefield. Glad I have Tabitha on my side.
